Hello, my name is Karen-Rando Nehmad. I was born and raised at the shore and have been a full time resident for over 60 years. I am extremely knowledgeable of the area and have routinely patronized our local stores and businesses. My passion is helping others. I have years of experience in the hospitality and service industries. I am highly detail oriented and make sure all my clients needs are met. My passion as a homemaker has provided me with skills that I can offer to my clients. I love to cook and provide a variety of homemade meals from soups to main dishes, desserts and healthy options as well. I find joy in shopping, I am known for being very detailed when selecting items. I am an expert in checking expiration dates and making sure I get the freshest food items when grocery shopping. I worked as a preschool teacher for 12 years so caring and patience is a big part of how I treat others. I am a real estate agent for 20+ years and making a home look and feel inviting, comes natural to me. I started helping family and friends with errands and homemade meals and decided to expand my services due to my happy customers and their referrals.
